Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Manager of Philanthropy Special Events Gifts for St. John's Hospitals' Foundation, you will be responsible for supporting plans to achieve special event fundraising goals as set forth by the Foundation leadership. You will be responsible for solicitations to achieve budgeted goals for events and employee giving, and for obtaining event sponsorships, participants, and in-kind gifts.
In this position you will also manage the foundation office by overseeing financial systems, audits, budgeting, accounting processes, operations (including donor database), grant administration processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance processes. In addition, you will provide board administrative management to support philanthropy activities of the Foundation, including logistics and support for board and committee meetings.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.Minimum (3) years working in a fundraising environment with extensive computer knowledge, experience in donor records, and Blackbaud experience required.#LI-DH
