We are currently seeking a Manager of Outsource Oversight to join our Technical Operations team and ensure the highest standards in outsourced aircraft maintenance and compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and are ready to take your career to new heights, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate and assign outsourced maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution. + Evaluate vendor maintenance requirements and prioritize tasks to optimize operational readiness. + Support component and engine repair orders and ensure quality control standards are met. + Review work orders, logbooks, and documentation for major repairs and alterations. + Assist with aircraft weight and balance procedures in collaboration with vendors and field technicians. + Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain and technical operations. + Maintain and certify aircraft logs and inspection forms in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and PHI standards. + Communicate regularly with operational leadership to ensure alignment and timely job completion. + Offer avionics troubleshooting support and perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings. + Minimum of 5 years of certified aircraft maintenance experience. + Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, FARs, and maintenance procedures. + Proficiency in computer systems and technical documentation. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and pass a pre-placement physical, drug screening, and background check. + Willingness to travel up to 90%. + Preferred: + Inspection Authorization (IA). + Experience with FAA Form 337. + Familiarity with PHI’s Technical Operations Procedures Manual. **Compensation & Benefits** PHI Health offers a competitive compensation package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and advancement A collaborative, mission-focused work environment **Our Core Values** Safety: We are committed to achieving zero incidents through rigorous safety standards.
