Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Oversees centralized orderbook management activities for omnichannel demand, ensuring timely and complete delivery through Distribution Centres. The primary objective is to achieve On Time and In Full delivery, aligning supply with priority demand in accordance with company strategy. By driving continuous process improvements, the role enhances efficiency and effectiveness in Orderbook Fulfillment operations.
This role leads the development and governance of the Power BI and Databricks reporting ecosystem, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and future-ready analytics solutions. The Manager will act as a strategic link between business needs and technical capabilities, driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes. This position plays a key role in supporting the organization’s digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Functional:
Design, build, and continuously improve reports and analytics tools using Power BI and Databricks, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Oversee the structure, standards, and tools for analytics reporting using Power BI and Databricks.
Define and enforce governance for report development, lifecycle management, and maintenance.
Evaluate and manage report requests, promoting reuse and efficient solutions.
Drive process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all reporting solutions.
Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Adapt reporting tools and processes to integrate new data sources such as S4EU.
Support automation initiatives and the development of self-service analytics platforms.
Utilize SQL withing Databricks to extract, transform, analyze data, supporting the development of robust reporting solutions and performance optimization.
Coordination with key users, supporting the senior manager on day-to-day operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, and data modeling.
Strong understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and lifecycle management.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.
Collaborative approach with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Experience with automation tools and self-service analytics platforms.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business analytics, data reporting, or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing Power BI and/or Databricks environments.
Proficiency in SQL, particularly for querying and transforming data with Databricks environment,
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing complex reporting ecosystems.
