At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In Oracle finance at PwC, you will specialise in using and managing the Oracle Financials software. Oracle Financials is an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Desired Knowledge

Experience in implementation & maintenance of at least 3 of the following Oracle modules:

Oracle Account Receivables (Order to Cash)Oracle Payables (Procure to Pay)Oracle General Ledger (Record to Report)Oracle Assets (Acquire to Retire)Oracle Cash Management

Candidate should possess

Process knowledge of at least 2 of the modules listed aboveAbility to perform configuration based on the client requirementClear understand of gaps between the Oracle product features vs client requirementExperience in writing Functional Specifications, coordinating with client business leads, performing unit & end to end testingGood communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity and confidenceGood to have skillsBelow given skills would be beneficialExposure of driving various workshops related to requirements analysis and designExpose of coordinating with Third Party Vendors to test the integrationsSupport Pre-sales/sales functions by helping in responding to RFPs/RFIsConduct client demo on Oracle modulesProfessional and Educational BackgroundExperience in at least 1 implementation of Cloud Financials (Preferred)
