Role Overview: Leads management of key multinational clients, especially in the semiconductor and high-tech industries—by developing insurance solutions, overseeing renewals, and strengthening long-term partnerships. Delivers strategic advice, drives business growth, and coordinates complex multinational insurance programs. Acts as the main client liaison, collaborates across teams, and provides expert risk guidance to address industry-specific needs. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage the renewal process for key multinational clients, especially in the semiconductor and high-tech industries, including strategy development, negotiation, and delivery of tailored insurance solutions. + Serve as the main point of contact, representing all internal departments to ensure comprehensive client service and expand business opportunities. + Prepare and deliver presentations and reports that clearly communicate Aon’s value proposition and strategic recommendations. + Proactively strengthen client relationships through innovative communication and ongoing service initiatives. + Collaborate across teams and regions to manage complex multinational insurance programs and resolve client issues. + Provide expert guidance on industry-specific risks, with a focus on semiconductor and high-tech sectors, and develop customized solutions. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor’s degree or above. + At least 3–7 years of relevant experience in insurance broking, client service, or account management, with proven expertise in multinational insurance programs. + Solid knowledge of the insurance market and technical processes; semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred. + Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. + Strong track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering innovative solutions. + Fluent in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
