As a Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking, you will lead multiple teams and oversee daily implementation activities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Strong concepts and hands-on coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and React, with high proficiency in design patterns and detailed design knowledge to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Extensive full stack development expertise, capable of seamlessly integrating front-end and back-end technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions. This includes proficiency in modern frameworks, libraries, and tools that enhance user experience and system performance.
Strong knowledge of AWS or any other cloud platform, ensuring efficient cloud resource management.
Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability
Proficient in coding with one or more languages, including Java
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
