Apply today to our Manager of Quality and be a part of the innovation of ideas. **Job Summary and Qualifications** + You will perform a variety of managerial duties which require a substantial knowledge of Hospital and Medical Staff Services Policies and Procedures, and Tools in Quality Management + As a member of the management team, you will participate in the development and implementation of hospital-wide plans, goals and objectives + You shall have organizational responsibility for various operational functions in the Quality Department, including but not limited to core measures, survey readiness, regulatory functions and peer review + You will work at the direction of the VP of Quality in execution of the Hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan **What qualifications you will need:** + Graduate of accredited school of nursing or college degree in nursing + BSN/ Masters preferred + Registered Nurse/ active licensure in the State of Nevada required + 3 years recent experience in quality management preferred.
