Develops and implements strategies that drive company performance, focusing on location process improvement and compliance.

Major Responsibilities

Leads the development of policies and procedures that improve customer service while driving efficiencyPlans and oversees location operational reviews, ensuring locations are following company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulationsDevelops and prioritizes location level training plans, coordinating efforts with HR Training Department when possibleReviews and, when necessary, reengineers location processes, with goals to enhance the customer experience, ensure safety and drive down costsProvides locations the tools they need to maximize customer service and financial performance



Minimum Education or Certifications Required

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.



Minimum Experience or Skills Required

5 to 10 years transportation experience, focusing on field operationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)Strong analytical and reasoning skillsStrong business background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis
