Manager of Office, North America Job Description: Business Executive – Supporting the Managing Director, North America We’re seeking a highly capable Business Executive to work closely with our Managing Director for North America. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide first-class support across strategic priorities, ensuring the MD is well-prepared and the wider leadership team operates with clarity and rhythm. Among others, in this role you’ll be: • The MD’s trusted partner, anticipating needs and preparing briefing materials for board meetings, executive sessions, and leadership forums • Coordinating key strategic initiatives and overseeing the operating cadence • Driving effective decision-making through prioritization, process, and communication • Building strong relationships across Sage’s global leadership and gaining exposure to the business at its highest levels This is a visible and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing day-to-day operations with precision. After 18–24 months, it offers a natural springboard into a broader role within Sage.
