Are you a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced clinical settings and enjoys improving processes that make a real difference in occupational health? . **What You’ll Do:** In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our occupational medicine program, ensuring it runs smoothly and aligns with both local clinic operations and enterprise goals. Day to day, you’ll: + Supervise and mentor Drug Screen Support Staff and Corporate Account Specialists. + Partner with Market Managers to support workflows for Workers’ Comp, referrals, and Employer Paid Services. + Train market-facing representatives on employer protocols to ensure service accuracy and consistency. + Plan, evaluate, and improve clinic processes to drive quality, speed, and service excellence. + Develop and distribute communications such as memos, job aids, and updates to ensure alignment across stakeholders. + Report on key performance metrics to evaluate progress toward program goals. + Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategy, identify opportunities, and share program insights. + Support the preparation of reports to track operational performance. + Act as a resource and liaison to employer clients, helping ensure a positive and reliable service experience. + Promote enterprise-wide consistency in how occupational health services are delivered. **What You Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree (required) + Prior experience in healthcare operations or occupational health (highly preferred) + Strong communication and relationship management skills + Comfort with process improvement and operational efficiency + Familiarity with employer services or Workers’ Comp workflows is a plus + Valid U.S. driver’s license and compliance with local driving laws **CareNow (https://www.carenow.com/)** delivers quality, convenient, **patient-centered urgent care** with unparalleled service.
