This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all commercial loan servicing activities while working closely with internal teams, borrowers, and external stakeholders.

Manager, Mortgage Servicing responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of servicing administrators, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Oversee daily mortgage servicing operations including loan setup, interest billing, and regulatory compliance. Review and approve complex transactions and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce error rates. Act as a key liaison with borrowers, solicitors, and internal departments. The successful candidate has: 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, accounting, or audit (commercial loan administration an asset). 1+ year in a supervisory or management role. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
