KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leads the gathering, validation, and submission of data for both recurring and one-time reportsYou will produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and prepare financial analysis to provide leadership with insights needed to make decisions and understand changes.Owns the gathering, preparation, and distribution of reports to US Tech Leadership Team membersPartners with members of management and the Finance team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activitiesManages the hiring approval process for US Technology, for employees and contractors, in collaboration with management, Human Resources, and FinanceLeads various strategic initiatives across the Business Management Office and in support of the US TI&I strategy; typically managing more than one project at a timeProvides expertise and content in creating strategies and new processesFacilitates discussions and meetings at Leadership tablesIdentifies, escalates, and implements opportunities to enhance processes and procedures to drive efficienciesDevelops and maintains procedures for all areas of responsibilityCreate, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards as needed to assist US Technology leadership in making business decisions and maintaining complianceCollaborates with numerous teams across the bank, as a liaison for US TI&I, to ensure various initiatives are completed in a timely mannerStrong background in financial analysis, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management. Able to interpret financial data, identify trends and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to design and manage complex spreadsheets, utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization tools, and automation features such as macros. This role has an expected salary range of $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
