Manager of Marketing Analytics
Eaton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead Marketing Analytics within the Distributed IT organization, part of the Electrical Sector – Americas business. This position will be based in Woodridge, Illinois. Reporting to the Distributed IT Marketing Director, this individual will be responsible for developing and overseeing the marketing analytics function, providing the data-driven insights and strategic decision-making to optimize marketing performance and ROI for our business. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,749 - $159,499 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** + Guide Eaton’s marketing strategy and improve performance through data-driven insights + Lead and manage the marketing analytics team, fostering a culture agility and growth + Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks. + Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives. + Implement and manage analytics software and platforms + Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. + Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention efforts. + Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reports. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices. + Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data science. + Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes. + Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. + Cross-functional engagement with Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field + 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a proven track record of driving business results. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. + No relocation is being offered for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL will be considered.
