About the Role: This role will provide technical expertise and direction for technical support throughout the entire Maintenance organization to improve technician knowledge, skills, and personal growth while ensuring compliance to vendor, OEM,OSHA/EPA and company directives and processes.

Annual Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000

Key Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance data team to include warranty and inventory management.Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to ensure timely delivery of projectsTier 2 Help Desk & EAM troubleshootingDevelop new EAM processes to support changing business needsPerform root cause & trend analysisProcess improvement and EAM streamliningEAM environment harmonization between FT & TFSDevelop KPIs and other performance measuresDevelop and provide field trainingCosting models for Business Development Manage the BD projects for the F/M team Data Management and Reporting Pull final KPI information for Transdev locations and provide JDE upload document to finance Review EAM and BI to ensure date integrity Manage and resole user tickets for EAM application support, including new users, system access, data correction and application issues. Manage Maintenance Information System EAM updates and maintenance. Maintain the departments information landing page. Create and provide adhoc reports as required. Fleet Management Provide central control Fleet information and new fleet entries. Provide Fleet and service usage information. Monitor EAM locations vehicle inventory. Manage the Centralized Fleet information.Works with OEM’s for vehicle specification information.Other Assist with new location start-ups and location closures. Assist in the development of Maintenance support personnel. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required5 years minimum experience in Fleet management5 years experience in Hexagon EAM systems Knowledge of inventory control, warranty recovery, shipping and receiving.Preferred general knowledge of spare parts specifications and vendorsKnowledge of transit vehicle specificationsAbility to work without direct supervisionBasic SQL knowledgeBasic knowledge of Power BIStrong organizational capabilitiesStrong Excel, Word, and PP capabilitiesStrong communication skills both written and oralSubject to DOT drug testing.
