**Manager of Inside Sales-Dental Professional (Nashville, TN)**
The Manager of Inside Sales will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on driving growth for our Dental Professional Portfolio (Sonicare and Zoom Whitening). This role requires a proven leader who can coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable for meeting KPI’s while fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
**Your role:**
+ Works closely with various sales teams to manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, leveraging the expertise of different sales channels to secure deals and achieve territory sales goals.
+ Monitor and manage call volumes to ensure appropriate resources are staffed to provide coverage during business hours for our customers.
+ Collaborate and distribute proactive call targeting lists to inside sales representatives.
+ Review and approve timecards of inside sales representatives before required sign-off deadlines.
+ Meet or exceed KPI’s and objectives set by the business relevant to quota, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Supervisor or Manager
+ Your skills include hands-on experience with CRM such as Salesforce and Microsoft Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ You have a bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in (Nashville, TN) is $70,000 to $180,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
