Key Responsibilities:
Managing HR service delivery: Responsible for managing the delivery of HR services to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Including Help Case and Knowledge Base library systems.
Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with stakeholders in all COEs to drive process improvement and efficiency. Communicate regularly on process updates or changes.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations and align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Providing HR support and advice: Provide HR support and advice to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
Compliance and data privacy: Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HR knowledge base system to ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information for employees; ensures robust management of HR records and documentation aligned with data privacy, audit, and compliance standards.
Key Skills:
Regulatory compliance: Demonstrated knowledge of applicable national and international labor laws, employment standards, and HR-related regulations; such as GDPR in Europe. Skilled in navigating region-specific requirements to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate legal risk.
Technology: Ability to learn and leverage new technology quickly and train others. Continuously looking to advance how we perform tasks through technology.
HR support and advice: The ability to provide HR support and advice to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
Customer service: A strong customer service mindset to support employees and provide resources and support related to HR services.
Leadership: The ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality HR services and achieve organizational goals.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional HR teams, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services and initiatives. Requires strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to foster alignment, drive results, and build trust across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Project management: The ability to manage projects and timelines related to HR services, such as policy updates and system implementations.
Communication skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to employees and stakeholders about HR policies, programs, and services.
Process Management & Improvement: Ability to optimize HR workflows, service delivery, and case resolution processes, driving efficiency and accuracy in systems and identifying patters and root causes to improve service performance.
Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze issues and systems, empathize with employees, and implement effective, lasting solutions that align with both policy and people.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to travel internationally to US and within Europe if/as needed
