Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Deltek Costpoint, including project setup, labor tracking, billing, and reportingCollaborate with Accounting and Finance to ensure data accuracy across ERP and CRM systems, including driving system reconciliationsDesign and implement cross-functional processes across Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless financial data flow from proposal through executionDevelop and enhance reporting and planning processes to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth objectivesProvide operational and administrative support to leadership, including coordination of schedules and management of team prioritiesEstablish and document standardized business processes to improve efficiency across engineering, operations, and program executionSkills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience supporting DoD program finance, FP&A, or business operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (technology, aerospace, or defense preferred)Demonstrated hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, including system implementation, configuration, or major module buildouts—not just end-user exposureStrong understanding of DoD financial and compliance frameworks, including FAR/DFARS and familiarity with DCAA or DCMA requirementsProven ability to independently lead projects from initiation through execution with limited oversightAdvanced Excel skills, with working proficiency in PowerPoint and WordHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support senior leadership effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Strategic Management, or a related disciplineExperience operating within ITAR-regulated or FOCI-mitigated environmentsBackground in the space industry or supporting complex hardware/software programsFamiliarity with tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, JIRA, or MS ProjectCore Competencies

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
They will receive 3,000 shares in the company on top of their base salary.
