Analyzes management reports to provide guidance to ensure superior customer loyalty. Responsible for ensuring service communications within the organization are running efficiently. Trains branch administrative staff including Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Field Management, and other employees on topics related to Quality Assurance, Route Point, Customer Satisfaction and Delivery. Responsible for monitoring new Office Manager training. Monitors and improves customer loyalty. Creates a positive work environment through daily interaction with regional, branch, and corporate staff throughout the organization.
