Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Strategy & Architecture
•Design and oversee a unified analytics architecture that supports automation, semantic modeling, and integration of platforms like GA4, Salesforce Data Cloud, BigQuery, and Power BI.
•Lead the development of a business-user friendly semantic layer to democratize access to insights.
•Ensure consistent metric definitions and alignment across teams and platforms.
Team Leadership & Enablement
•Manage and mentor digital analysts -fostering a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.
•Define and enforce standards for tagging, QA, documentation, and reporting logic.
•Build scalable workflows for ad hoc analysis, recurring reporting, and campaign measurement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Partner with marketing, product, IT, and data engineering teams to align analytics efforts with business goals.
•Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Governance & Quality Assurance
•Oversee data governance practices, ensuring data quality, privacy compliance (HIPAA, OCR), and security.
•(You or Your Team) Maintain a library of reusable queries, dashboards, and reporting templates.
•(You or Your Team) Monitor site performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness at a strategic level.
Innovation & Optimization:
•Evaluate & implement emerging tools and methodologies (e.g. dbt, AI/ML for report creating & generation)
•Drive continuous improvement in reporting latency, accuracy, and usability
•Champion automation of manual reporting & adhoc tasks toward self-serve analytics
