Job Description
The manager of compensation and benefits is responsible for implementation and administrative work surrounding the company's compensation and benefits programs. They will be required to attend HR meetings and ensure the employee standards are being met. This position will pay $45-$47hr depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance or related field; or equivalent experience.
· 5 Years of Experience administering Compensation or Benefits programs
· Experience with pricing roles, cost analysis, and open enrollments
· Intermediate skills in MS Excel
Previous Leadership experience Master's Degree
