Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Compensation to join their team! This role is ideal for a compensation professional with strong analytical expertise, advanced Workday knowledge, and experience thriving in fast-paced environments.

About You:

Bachelor's degree required; CCP certification a plus.7+ years of compensation experience in a mid- to large-sized organization (professional services or law firm experience strongly preferred).Hands-on experience with Workday is required for this roleStrong analytical skills paired with the ability to deliver practical business solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Experience conducting benchmarking, participating in surveys, and working with external vendors.Prior direct people management or supervisory experience is required for this roleA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Job:

Manage the administration of compensation programs, including annual merit and bonus cycles.Conduct benchmarking and salary survey analysis; create and maintain job profiles and salary ranges.Partner with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data.Maintain and support compensation systems (Workday, CompXL, Market Pay), including updates and audits.Prepare models, spreadsheets, and reports to support compensation analysis and business needs.Draft compensation-related documentation, communications, and employee notifications.Contribute to the performance management process, ensuring alignment with compensation outcomes.Provide recommendations for process improvements and participate in HR projects as needed.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to $145,000 depending on experience. This role will follow a hybrid schedule of three days a week in the Philadelphia office.
