Are you a strategic thinker passionate about building strong brands and driving growth? We’re looking for a Manager of Brands to lead the development and execution of innovative retail, brand, merchandising, and promotional programs in the Foodservice space.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product Development, Enterprise Productivity, Finance, IT, and Operations to bring impactful initiatives to life. Using consumer insights, market trends, and financial data, you’ll shape brand strategies that enhance awareness, boost revenue, and drive sustainable growth.
You’ll focus on key Foodservice categories, including AM Foods, PM Foods, Beverages, and Snacks, ensuring our brands stay competitive and resonate with customers. If you love blending creativity with data-driven decision-making and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Develop and refine brand strategies to drive revenue and optimize profitability
Lead merchandising and promotional programs that engage customers and boost sales
Partner with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with business goals
Leverage consumer insights and market trends to keep our brands competitive
Continuously improve and innovate Foodservice retail programs

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s Degree a plus
Seven plus years of category management experience
Experience with direct P&L responsibility
Purchasing experience
Experience managing work groups
Experience in project management and coordinating among several work teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel skills
