Description Manager of ADR Services (2025-162) Overview The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a highly organized and experienced Manager of ADR Services to lead arbitration and mediation case administration and supervise a team of Case Administrators. In this role, you will manage a dynamic caseload, serve as the primary liaison with parties and neutrals, and ensure consistent application of AAA's rules and procedures. Responsibilities include training staff, leading conference calls and preliminary hearings, identifying and resolving case management issues, and ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data security standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills along with a solid foundation in ADR processes. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location. Compensation + Miami, FL; San Antonio, TX: $71,562 - $75,772 + Atlanta, GA; Buffalo, NY; Dallas, TX: $75,642 - $80,091 + Houston, TX; Johnston, RI; Minneapolis, MN: $76,930 - $81,455 + Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Voorhees, NJ: $80,436 - $85,168 + Boston, MA: $83,728 - $88,654 + New York, NY: $89,310 - $94,564 This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive targeting 10% of annual salary.
