The Manager Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing the organization’s revenue by developing and executing strategic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives. This role ensures that revenue strategies align with broader business goals and market dynamics, enabling sustainable financial growth and profitability.
Your ‘day to day’:
Revenue Strategy Development
Design and implement revenue management strategies that optimize pricing, discounting, and promotional frameworks across channels and customer segments.
Key Accounts Partnership Contracts
Structure, negotiate, and optimize contracts to ensure commercial agreements are aligned with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Expansion of Strategic Distribution Partnerships for Other Categories
Evaluate contribution of other categories in NOR and OI and identify new partnersLeverage logistics and retail networks to introduce new products efficiently, improving profitability and top‑line growthTrack performance, provide insights, and collaborate with Sales and OCS to maximize ROIStorytelling & Executive Presentations
Executive storyteller skilled at shaping monthly performance reviews, Long Range Plan, and corporate visit narratives (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)Converts complex data into decisive, visual stories; orchestrates multi‑function inputs; and anchors recommendations to influence stakeholdersConfident facilitator for senior forums in PT/EN, preparing pre‑reads and Q&A in a structured manner
Who we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial positions such as Business Intelligence, Commercial Intelligence, Net Revenue Management, or Financial Planning.Advanced English University degree or post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Financial or related fieldsExperience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or FinanceAbility to lead business projects, business cases presentation and stakeholders’ management
