As part of IMSC Deliver, the Manager End to End Integration is responsible for leading a strategic portfolio of key initiatives supporting the NA Deliver business cascade and priority programs. These programs will drive key foundational and groundbreaking programs within Deliver, that are linked to the IMSC business priorities, with the goal of enhancing operational capabilities, improving partner engagement strategies, driving end-to-end Supply Chain integration, and enabling our customer promise.
This position will partner with regional deliver team members, program sponsors, and other Program Managers, to define and complete programs and will be accountable for all identified results and long-term business objectives for the program(s) under their responsibility.
This position is responsible for collaborating across Supply Chain (Value Chain Management, Planning, Make), Data Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance and Global and Regional Deliver Operations (Distribution, Transportation, Trade Controls, Trade Operations, Customer Service & Channel Operation, and IT) to ensure alignment of regional priorities to global and end-to-end strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leading key strategic initiatives across all therapeutic areas including business model change, supply network changes, process improvements (reliability and agility), SOP/Service Agreement changes, key system changes (ex. ERP, WMS, etc.).
+ Translating Commercial product supply strategies into DELIVER to optimize network capabilities while strengthening the product portfolio
+ Evaluating new and innovative business capabilities to drive incremental value for IMSC
+ Collaborating and integrating across all DELIVER departments to ensure product continuity, compliance, efficiency, and transparency
+ Leading and partnering with project sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to plan, scope and identify requirements and resources for existing and new initiatives.
+ Coordinating program and project team members to achieve desired outcomes.
+ Identifying short and long-range investment requirements for key programs.
+ Recognizing risk and opportunities within programs being led
+ Actively contribute to New Product Launch teams ensuring Deliver visibility early in development
+ Leading integration of new capabilities and new businesses including stakeholder management
+ Maintaining compliance to processes, good distribution practices, good manufacturing practices, pharmacist in charge requirements, FTZ requirements
+ Consulting with tax, finance, and IT for new flow changes and manages the FTZ strategy
+ Change Control Management or support for NPIs, Product Changes, Delisting and/or other projects.
+ Manage the relationship with key vendors supporting NPI materials (PIs)
+ Responsible for pack / label strategy for NPIs including the intake process
+ Develop strategy for Foreign Trade Zone management including determination of which products will have an FTZ designation
+ Support FTZ audits with Customs and Border Protection
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant Supply Chain experience
+ Project management experience
+ Customer-centric mindset
+ Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
+ Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value.
+ Solid problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills.
**Other:**
+ MP and/or FPX certification
+ LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS training or certification

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
