**Position:** Manager - Mechanical (Clean Utilities) **Job Title:** Manager - Mechanical (Clean Utilities) **Job Grade:** **Manager-2** **Function:** PROJECTS - ELV Systems **Sub-function:** **Managers Job Title:** **Skip Level Managers Title:** **Function Head Title:** **Location:** Central or South India (Greenfield Project) **No. of Direct Reports (if any)** **Job Summary** **Pharmaceutical experience is mandatory.** Engineer designs, installs, and maintains systems like security, fire alarms, communication, and audio-visual systems, focusing on the technical aspects of these low-voltage electrical systems. **Areas of Responsibility** 1. **Design and Planning:** Develops and designs ELV systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings 2. **Installation and Maintenance:** Performs ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility electrical and ELV systems. 3. **Project Management:** Monitors work progress and site safety in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. 4. **Technical Skills:** Expertise in various ELV systems, including fire alarms, public address, security systems, and audio-visual systems. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Ability to prepare drawings, documents, and statutory submissions. Familiarity with cable fault detection, insulation resistance tests, and preventive maintenance 1. Assists project managers in overall project operations, coordination, and handover. 2. Supervises junior technical staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. 3. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations 4. Ability to prepare drawings, documents, and statutory submissions. 5. **Compliance and Regulations:** Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards 6.
