Manager Materials Management

Job Summary and Responsibilities
As the Manager Materials Management for Northridge Hospital Medical Center, you will be accountable for the management of warehouse, receiving, par management, inventory management, mailroom and print shop. You will manage strategic initiatives as assigned to improve operations, product quality and cost savings, and assist in the product standardization efforts and monitor compliance to contracts. You will also manages supplier relationships and ensure supplier compliance in terms of Vendormate, contracts and other facility specific requirements, and help coordinate and negotiate local contracts with suppliers in order to ensure best pricing, delivery and other related terms and conditions.

Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in Materials Management or Accounts Payable within a healthcare organization required.Three (3) years’ experience in invoice resolution working with requisitioners, vendors and Accounts Payable required.
