Manager Market Access

In this role you will be a part of Global Access & Value (GAV) Türkiye team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute pricing and market access strategies for both launch and inline products.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-launch planning of launch products

Lead cross-functional teams, translate economic and clinical value, gather stakeholder insights, and synthesize them into actionable market access strategies.Develop right value messages and innovative access strategies to optimize pricing and reimbursement conditions of launch assets.

Maximizing the potential of inline products

Manage ongoing pricing and reimbursement activities and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement conditions and optimize pricing.

Driving Strategic Insights & Innovation

With an entrepreneur mindset, monitor the evolving healthcare environment and engage with internal and external stakeholders to create insights.Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and lead dare to try initiatives that support Pfizer Turkey’s market access goals.

Qualifications

Market Access and/or pricing experience in pharmaceutical sectorBachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or related fieldsStrong communication, teamwork, and analytical skillsAbility to synthesize insights across diverse domainsAbility to generate innovative and creative ideas, demonstrating a proactive and forward-thinking mindsetResults-oriented with strong prioritization skillsFluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
