Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) Manager Major Project pour intégrer son entité Constructions Neuves IDF sur la partie Grands Projets.

Le Manager Major Project organise et conduit les différentes phases du projet dont il en assume entièrement le management. Il est le garant du respect des délais, des budgets et de la satisfaction client.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez

Manager une équipe d’Ingénieurs d’Affaires : animation, objectifs, accompagnement.

Piloter des projets complexes : suivi financier, anticipation des ressources, gestion des risques.

Garantir la sécurité, la qualité et la conformité des projets.

Participer aux réunions clients et gérer les aléas chantiers.

Définir une stratégie d’achats et optimiser la performance globale.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Formation d’ingénieur, école de commerce niveau bac+5 ou parcours technique équivalent.

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur du BTP.

Excellentes compétences en communication, relation client et gestion d’équipe.

Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de performance.

Leadership affirmé, capacité à fédérer et à animer des réunions à l’échelle nationale et internationale.

Anglais courant
