Your assignment:

Support the Senior Director Liability Insurance Lines in the day-to-day handling of the global Liability, Financial Lines and Cyber Insurance program and claim managementAccountable for dedicated Insurance lines, e.g. clinical trialsResponsible for the collection of risk information for the respective insurance lines and claimsAdministration of global Insurance programs, including policy issuance tracking and delivery, territorial analysis / premium allocations & remittances / query resolutionProvide global subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholdersPromote and drive compliance with the global end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholdersData input and coordination of global knowledge, workflow, network communication & program administration toolsFirst contact for insurance related matters for the colleagues in foreign countriesPreparation of reports, global policy summaries and overviews, presentations

Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Insurance Management, or completed insurance related training as an Insurance Specialist3+ years of experience within Liability and/or Financial Lines Insurance would be an advantageExperience in handling global insurance programs for large corporatesStrong communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlines and to handle multiple prioritiesGreat teammate in the framework of a small team as well as in an international, multi-cultural and cross-functional contextGood Skills in Excel, Word and Power Point, Origami is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken)German is required
