Manager IV - Programs - IC Operations Support
**Job Description** Seeking two Ops Center Managers for a dynamic and diverse U.S. Intelligence Community effort ensuring seamless execution of critical operations and integration activities. This position requires leadership and technical expertise to direct operations and integration activities at the Ops Center, synchronizing Contractor efforts across all technical requirements. As the Ops Center Manager, you will direct operations and integration activities at the Ops Center to synchronize Contractor efforts across all technical requirements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring effective operations and integration of systems, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior staff. The position will reside organizationally within the Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit which comprises the technical talent and organizational leadership that enables the successful delivery of high impact discriminating technologies for our customers missions. Our collaborative, cross-functional teams are committed to innovation, integrity, continual learning and execution. **What You ll Do:** + Directing and overseeing operations and integration activities at the Ops Center. + Leading a diverse team of intelligence professionals supporting a 24x7x365 operational environment with a focus on Operations Integration, Collection Management, and Mission Management. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the CO Ops Center Manager, to ensure synchronized Contractor efforts. + Analyzing and resolving complex operational problems related to system integration and data flows. + Developing and managing the training regime for ops center staff to ensure proficiency with existing and nascent tools. + Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior staff and analysts. + Ensuring compliance with relevant systems engineering processes and procedures. + Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. + Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. + Perform other duties as necessary. **On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site five days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required. **Working Conditions:** + Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. **Short Term Incentive:** Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + BS in relevant field plus 12 or more years related experience. + Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. + A current, active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance is required. + At least seven (7) years of combined experience in U.S. Intelligence Community enterprise operations, including working knowledge of system integration, dependencies, and data flows. + Familiarity with DoW satellite operations. + At least two (2) years of relevant ops-floor experience. + Relevant experience working with IC organizations. \#LI-SMOOT **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $173023 - $294137 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
