Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing the configuration, implementation, and support aspects of E2O TMS, Delivery Connect (DHL last-mile delivery application), MySC (DHL customer portal), Data Analytical Tools, and any other auxiliary application required for Transport operations

\n\nManage Transport IT products implementation and support.\nBuild strong working relationships with Country Management teams and Regional/Global Product Management teams. \nManage deployment/implementation of regional TMS products and their support. \nMonitor application performance and manage budget for applications and development. \nProvide documentation, reports, analysis, and improvement plans. \nRequirements

Minimum 8+ experience in product management – TMS.

\n

Minimum 1-2 years working experience of Database querying, Reporting & BI tools usage (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableau).

\n

Qualification:

\n\nUniversity bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding/Logistics sector.\n\n\nFluent in English (verbal and written).\n\n
