THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will lead and execute engineering initiatives at site level, ensuring projects and factory services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with PMI global standards. You will act as a key driver of operational excellence, combining technical expertise, structured project management, and people leadership to deliver measurable impact on sustainability, quality, cost, and delivery.

 

You will translate factory priorities into structured programs, oversee CAPEX execution, and build a high-performance team environment while ensuring strict compliance with EHS and governance standards.

 

Responsibilities of this role:

Lead end-to-end execution of engineering and factory initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Drive EHS compliance and embed safety culture across all projects and activities.Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.Oversee contractors, service providers, and cross-functional project stakeholders.Ensure full adherence to PMI engineering standards, procedures, and governance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational performance optimization.Lead, coach, and develop technical teams to achieve performance excellence.Ensure infrastructure reliability and uninterrupted factory operations.Support strategic site priorities through structured project planning and execution.

 

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or equivalent).8–10 years of experience in technical/engineering departments.Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position.Demonstrated project management exposure in industrial/manufacturing environments.Experience managing budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and contractors.Fluent English (oral and written).Strong project management capability.Knowledge of PMI global engineering standards (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Budget management and cost control experience.MS Office (advanced Excel), MS Project; AutoCAD is an advantage.Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capability.Strong communication and organizational skills.
