Job Summary
Provides high quality service delivery for complex, high profile, marquee clientele and their members. Responsible for successful implementation of key strategic implementation projects, new client on boarding, and global corporate initiatives and acts as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase. Develops employees through orientation, training, mentoring, establishment of objectives, communications of rules and performance management. Requires significant contact with clients and senior leadership, in addition to the management of employees. Handles adhoc, non¬ traditional Implementations and projects as business needs arise.
Develops employees through orientation, training, mentoring, establishment of objectives, communications of rules and performance management; hires, trains and develops new employees throughout their training process; mentors team members on an ongoing basis to improve their understanding and skill and ensure they are familiar with policies and procedures, business processes and workflowsProvides daily management and oversight of the Implementation departmental staff; takes a leadership role on task force committees. Initiates discussion, educates other task force members and trains the team on the final productProvides high quality and comprehensive implementation processes for complex, high profile, marquee clients; responsible for successful implementation of key strategic implementation projects and global corporate initiatives; handles issue resolution escalated from other team membersActs as a single point of contact for client during implementation phase and post implementation until formally transitioned; meets with clients face to face on an as-needed basis; travels to client locationsAssists with writing and reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses upon request; assists with finalist meetings either by attending or providing information and materialsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development, oversight and implementation of departmental budgetResponsible for leading a team through teaching, coaching and inspiring by fostering a sense of energy, ownership and a responsibility for the flawless execution of operational excellence; engage in the selection and hiring process as neededOther responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in project management, operations management, business, or related area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience5 years' experience in project management, account management, or operations management1 year leadership/ people management experienceExcellent relationship building skills with both internal and external clients and demonstrated ability to lead groups of individuals without having direct oversightStrong organization, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with good understanding of standard business practices including financial managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting aggressive deadlinesStrong skills in Microsoft Office suite of products including MS ProjectAt least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Salary Range: $102800 - $164400 / Salaried
