Position: Manager III, Instock Mgmt (multiple positions available)

Multiple Positions Available:
1. Responsible for developing and executing inventory management and shrink reduction strategies for Amazon Fresh Grocery to maximize customer experience, sales, margin, and inventory turns.
2. Drive improvement in inventory availability at Hubs, Distribution Centers, and Stores increasing inventory efficiency and ensuring that the company makes efficient supply chain decisions, including improvement to inventory management processes over time.
3. Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Tech, and Private Label teams to define strategy, market, coordinate, develop, execute, and enhance various sets of new and existing products.
4. Identify trends in data, develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize turns, vendor forecasts, vendor lead times and inventory heath, while maintaining excellent instock rates.
5. Gather and analyze business and customer requirements, technical inputs and market data using SQL and Nielsen market data in order to extrapolate important results and improve functional specifications for rollout of new products and development of enhanced features and capabilities.
6. Lead projects from initial development to implement that will streamline supply systems and processes and drive operational improvements.
7. Manage inventory availability and inventory health, including improved instock, inventory planning, vendor operational improvement, forecasting, and shrink reduction on a weekly basis and report out results in Weekly Business Review (WBR).
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $150,010/year - $189,400/year)

Basic Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related discipline, and 3 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, retail, or fulfillment.
Experience must include:
(1.) 3 years of experience in performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions.
(2.) 1 year of experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management.
(3.) 1 year of experience in managing large catalog selection efficiently, identifying issues and finding solutions.
The pay range for this position in Chicago, IL is $150,010/year - $189,400/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
