Job Description:
Can you lead the end-to-end aspects of recruitment processes for High Volume hiring? Are you passionate about relationship building and cultivating strong connections by providing thought leadership and big picture thinking? We are looking for a resilient Talent Acquisition leader who can take on a high-volume portfolio of TD's recruitment.
In this role, you will enjoy developing and showcasing your key insights and depth of experience in sourcing, identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to join TD.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager, will lead and coach a team of Branch Banking Talent Acquisition Partners. These partners as responsible for the execution and delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity talent strategies for all operations across our various businesses. The incumbent will partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated talent needs.
Accountability
Lead and coach a high performing team of TA Partners to create supportive performance driven culture that attracts and develops pipeline talent for TD.
Ensure Recruitment team is building targeted pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels including but not limited to social media, passive candidates, referrals, company alumni, and high-quality declined candidates.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control by ensuring documents and transactions are within established regulations and operating practices.
Actively manage a portfolio requisitions and volumes by applying best in class sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent.
Partner with, collaborate, and provide strategic direction and communication to HR and Business partners providing a high-level of consultation and customer service to the Business while implementing effective recruitment strategies, including planning, sourcing, assessing to deliver quality.
Promote TD brand in the marketplace by actively pursuing and aligning to industry groups, networks and associations and developing prospect/ target lists.
Develop and execute diversity sourcing strategies in conjunction with business leaders, Corporate Diversity, and the HR team.
Make informed talent decisions through solid understanding of the Bank and external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent while acting as Talent Advisor
Job Requirements
2-5 years of relevant recruitment/leadership experience
Proficiency in software tools such as: MS Office Suite of products, Workday, PeopleSoft, and internet applications to perform data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced work environment through strong communication, organizational, planning and time management skills
Ability to quickly build relationships with executives and other partners
Ability to identify the talent needs of the business for today and into the future
Strong consultation skills and ability to consult directly with senior leaders within the business
Dedication to detail orientation within a fast-paced work environment
Strong decision making and critical thinking skills
Ability to develop and deliver talent acquisition strategies to support the current and future needs of the business.
Considered an Asset:
Completion of Post Secondary Education or relevant experience
Knowledge of recruitment industry best practices supporting high volume recruitment
