Job Description:
This role is designed to drive strategic growth in Sun Life's Individual Life business, particularly in the broker channel segments (HNW, Local and MCV Broker), and help maintain the company's market-leading position. The position represents a shift from a product-driven sales model to a more holistic, solution-driven distribution approach.
Key objectives include:
1. Optimizing product mix and developing sales tools in collaboration with Market Intelligence.
2. Executing strategies for Investment-Linked Assurance Scheme (ILAS) and High Net Worth (HNW) products.
3. Expanding HNW Eco System and Family Office Added Value Services.
4. Managing the HNW ecosystem and developing new partnerships.
5. Supporting broker education through the Broker Academy and online training systems.
6. Providing sales support and promotions for broker teams across various channels.
7. Delivering comprehensive wealth management advice and tailored financial planning solutions.
8. Driving the execution of product strategies through promotional activities, client seminars, and training sessions.
9. Developing and expanding networks with channels and external partners to provide holistic solutions for clients.
The role aims to accelerate business growth, increase market share, and contribute to Sun Life's ambition of becoming a top 5 Life insurance company by implementing a more integrated and solution-oriented approach to distribution and client services.
Education and experience
University degree, major in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred.At least 8-10 years relevant wealth and Life & Health broker sales support in insurance industry experience.Strong Market Intelligence experienceAbility to transform complicated concepts into simple stories and presentations to motivate the distribution channels and gain their buy-in with the experience in frequently includes giving valuable education and advice to channels & clients.
