Job Summary
The Manager, Clinics II is responsible for the operational, clinical, and financial management of multiple outpatient clinics or a large, complex clinic. This role focuses on optimizing clinic operations, improving patient care, managing budgets, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving continuous quality improvement. Serves as the primary administrative interface between clinic, its physician practices/departments and the community at large.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field preferred5-7 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations required2-4 years Previous clinic management/supervisory experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Kronos, Athena, and the ability to learn multiple new systems being used in the organization to perform daily operational activitiesStrong knowledge of clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and patient care protocols.Experience with financial management, including budgeting and cost control in a healthcare setting.Proficiency in the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.Licenses and Certifications
MGMA Membership and/or ACMPE Certification preferred
