As a **Manager of IAM Services** , you will be a primary evangelist and critical thought leader of Abbott’s Identity & Access Management strategies including Privileged Access Management, Privileged Remote Access, and Identity Security. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for IAM platforms, projects, and strategies to ensure they are successfully executed and align/support Abbott’s overall identity strategic vision. **What You’ll Work On** + Lead and manage the technical teams responsible for IAM strategies and Privileged Access tools + Evangelize IAM Strategies with Identity teams, IT Leadership, and divisional application owners + Evolve current IAM Strategies to align with enterprise changing needs + Lead technical projects and teams to Architect, design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using Entra ID and BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privileged Remote Access. + Consult on security policies, standards, and guidelines, working to make security requirements clear and accessible and develop reference architectures and reference implementation patterns. + Drive elimination of technical debt within the existing Identity platform as part of a continuous modernization and optimization approach. + Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to support / maintenance /operations teams. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Engineering or related area or the equivalent of HS Diploma plus 7+ years of total work experience in the same type of role + Advanced degree/ relevant professional certification preferred. + Minimum of 5+ years implementing enterprise IAM solutions or related /similar environments including SailPoint IdentityIQ, BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privileged Remote Access, and Entra ID. + Minimum of 5+ years developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps **Preferred Qualifications** + A strong background in technical design / architecture + Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills. + Must have 5+ years’ experience implementing software within a structured Quality based SLC process. + Experience working in an FDA-regulated business (e.g., validated software related to medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences products) is preferred. + Strong ability to know your audience and structure communication and presentations to Abbott application owners, and senior leadership on aspects of complex technical scenarios while maintaining appropriate functional and technical level for the audience. + Experience working in matrix global organization with strategic sourcing partners where success requires broad orchestration of resources and services. + Support business and technology strategy and planning by leveraging knowledge in both technical and business areas. + Able to articulate vision and strategy for complex and innovative technical undertakings. + Able to deal with ambiguity and make expert judgments in situations where no precedent exists. + Experience with advanced IAM reporting leveraging Microsoft SQL, Graph, Power BI, etc. Apply Now (https://www.jobs.abbott/us/en) **Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:** www.abbottbenefits.com (http://www.abbottbenefits.com/pages/candidate.aspx) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
