Manager I, Inventory Reporting- contract role
**Inventory Reporting Mgr** The Inventory Reporting Manager is primarily responsible for maintenance of the Company's inventory systems and its inventory reporting processes.  This position is responsible for inventory reconciliations, valuation, standard cost review and maintenance, variance analysis and other financial reporting as required by the Company.  This position is also the financial information resource for the Company as it relates to inventory and acts as a liaison between the Accounting department and other departments in the Company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Audits all new non-Wells Fargo Leases to ensure that processing criteria is met. + Approves ‘clean’ documents for processing. Communicates deal order deficiencies to both the Sales Rep and Branch Administrator + Audits & Approves ‘clean' docs for all Ricoh Canada Financial Solutions (RCFS Captive) Leases + Manages and supports Supervisor on the Strategic pricing matrix process + Updates and maintains BaaN-LAP (Lease Module) to ensure all Leases are recorded + Provide support and acts as liaisons between the Sales Reps and the Leasing companies to aid in processing a Lease; + Main contact for all changes to an active booked Lease; + Responsible for the understanding and adhering to the specific requirements of the Policy and Procedures of the ISO Quality Management System pertaining to Ricoh Canada Inc.; + Ensures that company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, are understood and complied with by all employees; + Other duties as assigned by manager. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** + Post Secondary Education + Minimum of 2 years Leasing or business experience **SKILLS:** + Microsoft Office: specifically, Excel + Strong communication (verbal and written) skills + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Accuracy and detail oriented + Positive collaboration skills within a team environment, cross-functionally and works well independently + Customer service oriented + Able to multi-task Come Create at Ricoh: If you are seeking a team driven by passion and purpose, come create with us at Ricoh.
