Manager I, Facility Management
Job Title: Manager I, Facility Management Job Description The position is responsible for securing all related works around Critical Equipment, Maintenance, Physical Security, Asset Management, Services/transportation, and new projects related matters. As well as keeping proper communications between business Ops and all Vendors related parties. Responsible for all aspects of daily facility operations and long range facility planning at site. Supports the business needs of Site Management while providing a comfortable and progressive work environment for employees The facilities manager role is expected to: • Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation. • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring automated work request statistics and customer feedback, provided through satisfaction survey results. Develop effective communication processes to respond to Facilities requests in a timely manner. • Establish effective emergency procedures and communicate to all staff as needed. Take charge of all Facilities emergencies and work with appropriate vendors to solve issues as quickly as possible. • Provide expertise and broad problem solving in the areas of facility/operations planning, building services, purchasing administration, shipping/receiving, interior design and the coordination of space utilization, security services, office supplies, and reprographics. • Bid, select and manage facility vendors required to maintain or service the physical and operational needs of the location. • Identify and develop departmental procedures and standards. • Maintain, monitor and report facility efficiencies for the Site. These include: cost per square foot, cost per head, rentable square feet, circulation space, square feet per department, churn rate, churn cost, etc. • Manage and oversee all movements and changes of offices and workstations in the facility. Specify furniture and equipment purchases to insure efficient costs and expediting. • Develop and manage facility budgets and expenses. • Establish and maintain effective tenant/landlord communications. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer. - At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance and/or project execution. - Focused on budget execution in a timely manner. - English level B2 - Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Excel and Outlook - Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for detail Descripción de puesto adicional **SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY** The Real Estate Manager I is critical for running the country’s daily RESO operations. As well as keeping proper communications between business Ops and all CNX/Vendor related parties.
