This role requires quick thinking, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage change, including overseeing lower-level managers.

Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets and maintain high customer satisfaction while providing accurate sales forecasting.Remove internal and external roadblocks, helping the team resolve complex challenges to support sales opportunities.Monitor team productivity through call time analysis and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.Maintain effective communication with clients, serving as a primary point of escalation and fostering strong business relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and ensure alignment with operating and client performance targets.
