Job Description

Leading Customized learning interventions across various SBUs

Drive the corporate induction program on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis as per the business need

Drive key need-based initiatives at the sites and various other offices

Drive the Learning Management System and increase the adoption across the org

Deliver sessions on competencies, soft skills etc across the organisation

Work with vendors to drive learning for specific need based programs

Map ROI and training impact on business and present a case to stakeholders

Lead specific projects and support the larger HR team in driving engagement/learning

Work Experience

10 to 12 years in the relevant L&D field
