UnspecifiedRole Overview:We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a fixed-term assignment (1 year) to support our manufacturing plant’s HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional with an MSW background, passionate about employee welfare, labor relations, and maintaining a positive work culture on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Business SupportSupport day-to-day HR activities and align them with plant operations.Work closely with line managers to understand manpower needs and provide timely HR support.2. Employee Welfare & EngagementPlan and implement employee welfare programs using MSW expertise.Organize employee engagement activities to foster motivation and morale on the shop floor.3. Employee RelationsHandle grievances and disciplinary procedures in line with policies and labor law.Promote a culture of openness and trust among workers and supervisors.4. Statutory Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and Factory Act requirements.Maintain HR MIS, employee files, and statutory records as per audit standards.5. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and coordinate shop-floor training programs.Support induction and onboarding of new employees.6. Contract Labor ManagementMonitor contractor workforce compliance (wages, working conditions, etc.).Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth operations.Candidate Requirements:Educational Qualification: MSW (HR/IR/Social Work) from a recognized institution.Experience: 10+ years in an HRBP or HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.Skills:Strong understanding of labor laws and factory HR processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a plant environment.Local language fluency is preferred.Note : Immediate Joiners are preferred.
