The role is an integral part of the HR Technology & People Services Centre of Excellence (COE), where the incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s HR Transformation agenda. As a key contributor, the role holder will collaborate across functions to enhance digital HR capabilities, streamline processes, and deliver scalable, employee-centric solutions. This position demands a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to elevate the employee experience and operational efficiency within the HR ecosystem.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
Collaborate with country and SBU HR leadership to redesign or enhance existing HR processes and workflows on the SuccessFactors platform. Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document comprehensive business requirements for HR technology and transformation initiatives. Facilitate solution design workshops with internal teams and external partners to co-create optimal solutions aligned with industry best practices and benchmarks. Conduct impact and cost-benefit analyses comparing “To-Be” processes with current “As-Is” workflows, and develop compelling business cases for leadership review. Secure formal sign-off from project sponsors on finalized requirements and proposed process designs.Project Management
Lead the end-to-end implementation of ongoing and upcoming global HR technology and transformation projects in partnership with country HR teams. Establish and manage a robust project governance framework to ensure alignment and accountability across cross-country teams. Coordinate with technology vendors and implementation partners to proactively resolve project issues and ensure timely delivery. Act as a liaison between external consultants, internal stakeholders, and IT teams during platform implementations or upgrades. Continuously evolve business requirements for HR technology, data, and reporting in response to business growth and platform advancements. Work ExperienceCandidates should possess 2 to 5 years of post-MBA experience, preferably in HR Technology, HR Transformation, or related domains.
