Responsibilities:

Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all HRIS systems (including Workday) Define and implement data governance standards, validation checks, and audit mechanisms Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI / Tableau Generate insights on key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, workforce trends, and performance indicators Apply people analytics models to support decision-making (e.g., attrition trends, workforce segmentation)

Competence Requirement:

Good understanding of people analytics frameworks and models Strong expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau Strong data management, validation, and analytical skills strong analytical and number driven mindset
