Position Overview:

NucleusTeq is looking for a driven HR Manager to support its Training Enablement, Performance Management and Campus Engagement strategies. If you are a result oriented and self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teamsOwn and drive the new talent training strategyWork closely with the Partner Alliance team to meet the organisation’s objective of key certification programEnsure adherence to individual development plansDesign and drive the campus engagement initiatives for the companyDrive campus collaborations and early student engagementEngage with universities to collaborate for knowledge sharing sessions, training labs and campus placementsDesign and execute the performance management systemsOwn and execute the Performance and Talent StrategyOwn employee performance and ensure appropriate measures to deal with non-performanceWork closely with the leadership team to identify and ring-fence critical talent and hi-pots.Recommend and develop periodic review systems

Preferred Qualifications: MBA (HR) or equivalent7+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systemsExperience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferredDemonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & developmentExcellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
