Position Overview:

We are seeking am HR Manager with an expertise in Core HR functions to support the growth and business objectives of NucleusTeq

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with overall business strategyOwn and update the Policy Documents, Employee Handbook as neededEnsure adherence and provide guidance in case of ambiguityOversee performance appraisal systemsOwn and execute the Performance and Talent StrategyRecommend and develop review systemsSupport the Recruitment, selection and onboarding processDevelop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teamsBridge management and employee relationsEnsure legal and statutory compliance and maintain HR recordsManage employee benefits and wellness programs Preferred Qualifications: MBA (HR) or equivalent8+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systemsExperience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferredDemonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development and policy draftingExcellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
