Key Responsibilities: + Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams + Own and drive the new talent training strategy + Work closely with the Partner Alliance team to meet the organisation's objective of key certification program + Ensure adherence to individual development plans + Design and drive the campus engagement initiatives for the company + Drive campus collaborations and early student engagement + Engage with universities to collaborate for knowledge sharing sessions, training labs and campus placements + Design and execute the performance management systems + Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy + Own employee performance and ensure appropriate measures to deal with non-performance + Work closely with the leadership team to identify and ring-fence critical talent and hi-pots. + Recommend and develop periodic review systems Preferred Qualifications: + MBA (HR) or equivalent + 7+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systems + Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred + Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development + Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
