Job Summary:Lead and supervise a hematology laboratory team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient testing operations. This role drives day-to-day execution, supports staff development, advances process improvement, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Be Doing:Supervise daily laboratory operations and guide the team to meet workload, quality, and turnaround expectationsSet priorities, assign work, and monitor operational delivery across assigned laboratory work groupsSupport hiring, training, coaching, and performance management under the mentorship of managementOversee inventory, resource planning, and budget-aligned use of reagents and laboratory suppliesDrive safety, quality, and compliance practices, including timely resolution of CAPA and quality incidentsPartner with stakeholders to lead process improvement initiatives, evaluate vendor platforms, and strengthen laboratory performance metrics
What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically requires >5 years in regulated environment; >4 years of experience in a relevant discipline laboratoryIn depth knowledge of clinical testing procedures and applicable laboratory testing regulationsWorking knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, root cause analysis, and company-specific program requirementsOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $58,800.00 - $122,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
